Does anybody know a good fish eyeballs and roe recipe?

  3. Yes. Fish eyeballs get pretty solid when cooked, and are best in a light recipe. Roe really should be sauteed with turmeric, chilli powder, a little ground cumin and coriander, and served with a light trace of garam masala in a sauce.

    There's nothing weird about either roe or fish eyeballs. OK, fish eyeballs.
