that only ten states were more than 90% white:
Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, West Virginia,
Iowa, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Kentucky,
 and North Dakota.

    You bet it's Rick Perry (and all Texans of his ilk). Texas is now a majority minority state, with non-Hispanic whites constituting only 45% of the population.
