You're right: it's the result of a collsion between the right and left frontal lobes, somewhere in the median.
This sumbitch was booked to play at my county fair this summer. This is still an agricultural fair with lots of penned up livestock. Just the kind of wild game he likes to shoot. I hope he has handlers to keep him under control.
