He must be really busy what with still trying to figure out who will be the last to die for the Afghanistan mistake.
He's really a pretty dull fellow.
"Dull"? Diplomats are about diplomacy. They are not about being anything other than a tool (in the right sense of the word). I think he's perfect for his role.
