Rafael Correa, the new President of Ecuador, has a Ph.D. in

economics from the University of Illinois. He recently remarked

that Hugo Chávez's comparison of George Bush with Satan was

unfair to the devil. And, he adds, "I sure would like to meet the

old woman who once lived in this shoe."
