Funny you should say that, My hubby commented on that wussy wave every time he saw it--it was as bad as the smirk by the time he was through.

To oversimplify: Bush lacked confidence, Obama doesn't. Bush knew he wasn't qualified to be POTUS. Obama has no doubt he is.
