Rat-zee, Rot-zee, or Razz-ee, all of which aptly
describe this Republican representative from Iowa.

This slug rivals or surpasses anyone from the south and that's not even touching on the people who put him in office. I used to be a bit proud to say I was from Iowa but not for many years now.
