A historian and a psychiatrist were asked to react to

this picture of Sarah Palin performing at CPAC.  The 

historian said, "In the time of the Second Great Awakening, 

this sort of behavior was known as the 'Barking Exercise'."  

The psychiatrist said, "NURSE!  Get me 500 mg. of 

Thorazine STAT!"
