I disagree, thinking we have only one party too many.

We're approaching local elections. By my count, our local office holders are 80-85% Democratic. My advice in my neighborhood is:

If you want balance in your government/governance, vote Democratic.

Although I always vote Democratic today, it's not because I belong to the Democratic Party. I've never been a party man.
