Actually this guy is dumb as a stump and mean as a stepped on snake. And I believe he has already removed the bumps and is working on the tats. I hope his dermo is using 24 grit sandpaper to do it.

He helped 2 buddies kill 3 people (1 intended and 2 who just happened to be there), dismember the bodies and bury them in a deep trench. They were snitched out by the bozo who ran the backhoe that buried the bodies.
