Even though he can stand associating with Tony
Scalia on the Supreme Court, there's one thing
Justice Anthony Kennedy simply cannot stand:  
same-sex marriage in Idaho.

I blame his clerks. Part of their job is to cover up their justice's mistakes when senility starts to set in.
