In a discussion last year about funding highway repairs in SC this moron said that he believed roads were a legitimate core function of government, but then added 'unlike public schools.'
He is obviously a major teabagger; could you guess he also happened to own a trucking company?

Four years ago, I posted the following: "Lee Bright, Republican state represenative from South Carolina, owes over $67,000 in back taxes to the Palmetto State's department of revenue. So he has decided to change his name to 'Les Bright', in a last-ditch attempt to throw the revenooers off his scent."
