I've been using the Fluff Busting Purity extension in Chrome for a couple of years now, so I never see any 'news' on Facebook per se. I do of course see stories linked to by my friends, but most of those I have already---or soon will---independently confirm (or disconfirm). I wasn't a college reference librarian for a quarter-century for nothing! 😀
