Gerard Baker Sez: "At the Wall Street Journal, we don't say, 
'Trump lied'. We just say, 'Trump uttered a falsehood'. 
That way, we don't make a moral judgment."

Don't you need a certain amount of morality to make a moral judgment?

Yes, and to refuse to make a moral judgment is to make a moral judgment, e. g., "It would be bad for the WSJ to make moral judgments."
