on Syria had reached their 'Use By' date and were about
to expire.  Waste not, want not.

Syria put up a few metal shacks, labeled them "Chemical Weapons Research Facility" and let Trump blow them up so he could strut around. He probably coordinated with his boss Putin about what he could blow up.
