Why did this guy not sit tight and insist the police come? The HOA guy was really close to a kidnapping offense; at a minimum, the driver could have filed a civil suit.
Of course, if the races of the two were switched, the driver could have just pulled out a gun and blown the other guy away because he was "standing his ground and scared to death of a black guy who had him blocked in and had something in his hand that could have been a gun."
