 military's customary pomp and circumstance.

Ten years, two wars and he couldn't win either one. Still, he got his rewards so he keeps on smiling.

And after all this retirement bushwa, Petraeus is now head of the CIA. The proverbial 'bad penney' just keeps on turning up.

Why do they just keep going from job to job in DC? Think we need some new people?
But after the new ones get there, they seem to slide into the same pattern. Very sad.
