Representative Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) has been named
one of the 'Sultriest Members of Congress'.  'Sultry' is an
adjective meaning 'hot and humid'.  Synonyms of 'sultry'
include 'stuffy', 'muggy', and 'stifling'.
