The citizens of Nelson, Georgia, now have the right to
be forced to own guns.  To be forced to buy health
insurance is tyranny, but to be forced to buy a
gun is freedom.

The man hours the city will have to pay for checking every home for the required firearm. Keeping records up to date. Prosecuting violators. They'll probably have to raise property taxes to pay for it. Libertarian Paradise.

Maybe it's reverse psychology. Trying to force people to own guns will make breaking the law by not owning guns cool.
