Hard to take this shit day in and day out. That the media actually publishes this shit without calling these crazy's out for what they are.

The optimistic on the left (which there needs to be) think this country is moving forward and we are making strides. I don't see that.

Only the political junkies and masochists pay attention to someone like Tom Coburn. I'm neither optimistic nor pessimistic. I've read too much history for those options to appeal to me.
