So, when is Senor Cruz going to show his papa's papers?

Just because Senor Cruz has a Canadian birth certificate does not mean that his Cuban born papa was a Canadian citizen and not a Cuban citizen.

Papa Cruz didn't get American citizenship until 2005.

Maybe Senor Cruz will have to renounce his possible Cuban citizenship, too?

And Rafael wasn't just a Cuban citizen; he was a Castroite revolutionary who was captured by the pro-American, anti-communist Batista government.
