Oklahoma is considering a new Four-Step Execution Plan:

Step 1--Lethal Injection;  Step 2--Gas Chamber; Step 3--

Electric Chair; Step 4--Firing Squad.  If the condemned

is still alive after all four steps have been taken, he 

will be rewarded with a bus ticket to Texas.
