Yes, it's true:  we've all become characters in H. P.
Lovecraft's story, 'The Unnamable'.  And what was The
Unnameable?  Manton, one of the characters in the story,
explains: "It was everywhere — a gelatin — a slime; a vapor; —
yet it had shapes, a thousand shapes of horror beyond all
memory. There were eyes — and a blemish. It was the pit —
the maelstrom — the ultimate abomination. It was
 the unnamable."
