Maybe that's what the Republicans misunderstood--they thought their particular god wanted them to sacrifice the American People for the root of all evil. (which is power not money)

In Catholic theology, the sacraments are the outward sign of inward grace. In Capitalist theology, money is the outward sign of inward will-to-power.
