and Ted Nugent---because we 'disagree' with them. We 
avoid them because they're lunatics.

The disagree comes from the centrist nonsense thus giving credibility where only lunacy is found as you point out.

Yes, when you use the word, 'disagree', you elevate your opponent's argument, implying that it isn't just so much insane babbling.
