Ken Paxton Sez:  “I believe God always has a plan.  Life is

killed way before their life expectancy."  In other words, 

it was part of God's plan for a teenager with an AR-15 to

 murder 19 elementary-school children and two teachers

 on May 24, 2022 in Uvalde, Texas.
