Shows you can buy your way into the governership in Texas for 10 years with ease.
However, even if it was "our" oil, do NONE of these blithering idiots know that it all goes into the same pool of worldwide oil which we and everybody else buys from. If you drill it in Texas you don't get to use it in Texas...are they SO DAMNED DUMB they don't know that?????????
