Tuesday was three years since I quit. Smoked for thirty years. Not even an urge to smoke one, either.

I smoked for 40 years. I smoked my last cig at midnight March 17, 2003. That day, I had quintuple-bypass heart surgery. Though I have no urge to smoke, I still sometimes have dreams in which I smoke. :)
