And Gates is considered to be less insane than most everyone else in the Military-Industrial Complex.

Gates is the one who warned West Point cadets that the USA should not get involved in a land war in Asia ever again? Not to worry. We will. Gen MacArthur gave the same warning in the 1950's. Our military-industrial-political elites are not well-steeped in history. That include BHO.
