Sorry, Asa, but facts don't change.  For example, let's 

suppose that at noon, the temperature is 96 degrees.  

That's a fact.  Let's suppose further the temperature 

at 2:00 p.m. is 98 degrees.  That's a fact, too.  But the earlier

 fact did not change into the later fact; it was superseded. 

Asa changed his mind when it became politically 

expedient to do so.

 

Too bad so many Arkansas residents got sick
