Nehemiah Griego's late father, a Christian pastor, taught

 his son to be a law-abiding citizen.  He also taught him

to appreciate guns and how to shoot.

When he shot and killed his father, mother,

and three of his siblings, Nehemiah Griego

was only 15.  One would suppose that

qualifies him to be a 'junior shooter'.
