What do you suppose Judge Bybee's reaction would be if
his wife or his children were subjected to mock execution?
Is it likely he wouldn't object, so long as it didn't produce
prolonged mental harm?

Jay Bybee, author of one of the torture memos, is
now a judge of the United States Court of Appeals
for the Ninth Circuit. It could have been worse.
It's possible he would now be sitting on the
Supreme Court, using his sophistic skills to
torture the Constitution.
