Carney is defined as "a desperate person who survives 

through trickery. A Carney has no life or soul and can be

 found in trailers, carnivals, on a couch drinking GO 2 Cola, 

and in the Obama Administration."

There are 'paid liars', like Jay Carney, and then there

are 'overpaid liars', like Darrell Issa.

"Yes, Jay.  First we'll quarantine all the wingnuts to

Fox News.  Then I'll send in the zombies!"

Given his role in the Obama Administration,

Jay Carney is aptly named.
